I need Help Upgrading! :)

i am upgrading from a GeForce GTX 750 and an AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core

my motherboard is a GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0 and i wanted to know if i would have any problems putting those guys in there, i just want it to be a simple process of switching them out and than booting up my PC and updating drivers than going right to gaming, please let me know if this will cause a problem, Thank you all!

I was told this motherboard does not support AMD's FX line of CPUs, so i was under the impress you would need to change it as well, but my material must be wrong if you are indeed already using an FX chip and in which case this mobo would do fine.
