I need help building a new gaming pc and I'm looking to be spending around £300- £350 for something that can run games like league of legends on medium to high settings. I haven't really got anything so far so would be helpful if you could tell me what is good and whether things are compatible with each other. The game requirements i believe are reccomended at 4gb ram or more and 2.0ghz processor or better.

Do you believe that this would be able to run league of legends (Same graphics as WoW) with about 40 fps and decent settings? and is all of this compatible with each other?

Would i not need to buy a CPU cooling fan too since I'm going to be gaming on it?
