So, I'm planning on buying an RX 480. I saw that current Sapphire RX 480 and Asus RX 480 don't have any fans on the card, so it must mean that they will have higher temperatures than Asus RX 480 Strix edition ( http://goo.gl/u4ZPia ). I don't know if I should wait for the card with the fans on it or is it not much difference if I buy the one with the small fan ( http://goo.gl/aQj0Jj ).
Can someone tell me the difference between those two.

A 600 will be fine 😉
You're misinterpreting what the image was showing. It shows the front and the back side of the RX 480. The ASUS Strix RX 480 is the triple fan cooler with a backplate.
The second picture is a reference style RX 480 and the ASUS Strix RX 480 is an AIB card. Typically, it is better to go with an AIB card rather than reference as you may get better quality components and cooling performance.

They already started making them. From what we know, Sapphire should be releasing theirs sometime this week.

Hey! I've changed my mind and I'll pick up Asus GTX 1060 Strix, I just need a little help with the psu. Do you think 600w will be enough for this graphics card? I'm thinking about buying this one "BeQuiet 600 W Straight 10 Modular Power Supply Unit", as I've read the TomsHardware PSU Tier list and it was on tier 2.

My current specs:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Video Card #2 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560

RAM 2 x 4GB DDR3

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10586), 64-bit

Yes that would be fine.
