[SOLVED] I need help with Device Manager

I am facing this problem with my device manager. But I don't know how to fix it. Anyone can help me??
My problem is when I'll open my device manager I can't see the drivers or other things on device manager. I am seeing a "Webpage Navigation was Cancelled" how to fix it?

try running it directly from the disk, not the built-in shortcuts.

Console 1 menu > File > from list select: 1 devmgmt.msc
should launch Device Manager

Apparently this can be caused by an over-active anti-virus/defender firewall. You may want to use System restore and go to a previous restore point https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-system-restore-windows-10.
