I have an DH55HC motherboard, I5-750, 2x WDC WD5000AADS 500GB, 1x MAXTOR STM 3500320AS 500GB, 1x Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB.
I want to instal my new Sappghire Nitro R9 390 8GB GDDR5, but my system keeps saying that it cannot be detected.
i have a Konig CMP-PSUP550W/S to power my system but its not enought for the GPU, do you know any budget PSU that can run my system? (around 650-750 watts) (in the EU)

First off, don't even turn on the GPU with this junk. It's not even a real 250W PSU. And doesn't even have active PFC. It may not be the primary reason that you can't get the GPU to work at all, but it's an inappropriate PSU that's a danger to any GPU.

What is your budget and country? Even though it's an old card, you can't go super cheap with a GPU like this because even though the GPU is old, the power requirements didn't go down over time. In most countries, the cheapest PSUs you'll fine that are even slightly acceptable for a GPU like this tend to be the MSI Mag PSUs or the Corsair CXs (not the ones with green letters on the label they stopped making a decade ago).

No, it's cheap, group-regulated junk.

If it's not at least Tier B on either of these lists, it's a waste of money with this GPU.

Seasonic G12 GM 550W
or
be quiet! Pure Power 11 400W

You'll have to spend a little more than 60 euro. Maybe you can find a be quiet! System Power 10 450W, but that is as low as you should go. And even that is far too close to peak demand for reliable operation.

The E in Tier E doesn't stand for excellent.
I think it stands for excrement :)

I can't find anything in that budget that I would remotely recommend for a 390.
You be looking at €80- €100 for a decent PSU. Here are a couple of suggestions

The three power supplies you mentioned all have 2 year warranties.
A sure sign of junk.
The danger is not that they might fail, the danger is that a failure under load will also damage all the parts it is connected to.

That should tell you something about how long the makers think they will last.
Look for 5 year warranties at least.

you should try

Gigabyte GP-P750GM v2, 80 PLUS® Gold, 750W, PFC Activ (1st version cracks open on protection fail safe) DON'T BUY THIS PSU ON SECOND HAND! or

GIGABYTE UD850GM PG5, 80+ Gold, 850W ( this one is atx 3.0 rated) they are good low buget psu and high power and stability, you can use

GP-P(power)gm or ud(power)gm pg5 they have manny more in theyr lineup.
