Question I need help with my Marvo mouse

I bought a Marvo KM400L and it came with headphones, a mouse pad, and a keyboard. The sensitivity keeps going up and down and I have no clue how to fix it. And I dont know where to download the driver for it. Any tips for how to fix it?

And if it matters, the mouse is not wireless.
