Question I NEED HELP WITH OVERCLOCKING

So i tried to overclock my ram memory (1600 MHz).I have ASRock Q1900m motherboard,i watched tutorials on youtube but i saw that i dont have OC Tuner in my UEFI BIO.My question is is there any other possible way to overclock RAM or is there way to acquire OC Tuner in my BIOS

Do you have the most recent version of your motherboard BIOS installed?

Your motherboard supports only up to 1333 speed.
Your 1600 ram is likely running at the default 1333.
If you have two such sticks(a good idea) you will be running at an effective 2666 speed.
