Question I need help with replacing Ram sticks

I was going to replace some Ram sticks in my computer but I'm not sure which ones I'm able to buy

Ram is a very simple part to replace and upgrade. We do need more information though. We need what CPU you are using, and hopefully a motherboard model number. If you can, what RAM do you have now? Type, Brand, Speed, etc?
