[SOLVED] I need help with the black bars when launching a game

The black bars appear when I start a game and tab out of it and they stay until I close them

then the whole desktop looks like this

Valorant and aimlabs, I'm playing in fullscreen.

Single aoc (don't know the specific model) 144hz 1080p va panel.
CPUI5-10400f
GPU:Rtx 3070
SSD: Wd green 480gb
MOB:Gigabyte h410m s2
RAM:1x16GB crucial 3200mhz cl22
PSU: MSI MAG A660BN

And i already tried removing and reinstaling ram

test without the split screen? look more like gpu or gpu driver issue

It was the gpu drivers thanks just needed a quick reinstall 😀
and i can't find how to close the thread.
