im used to building full towers and mid tower pc's . but on this occasion my friend wants me to build him something a little smaller . thus i am unsure of myself . could i get a secound opnion ?? please and thank you

Looks like your okay! If you look at the SPEC's for the Case - it's a mid-tower and looks like the MB is mounted 'horizontally' as opposed to Full Towers would be mounted vertically. Specs say:
Support full size high-end desktop components (full size ATX PSU, standard Mirco-ATX/ Mini-ITX MB, 3.5”/2.5” HDD/SSD)
So that covers most of the components except for the RAM (which is a 'no brainier') and the Video Card!
Specs for the case say: Support up to 340mm VGA card
Card MFG Says: Dimension 228(L)X109(W)X35(H) mm Size. 2 x slot
So that's covered!
The CPU comes with a cooler and that should be fine since the MB does mount in the horizontal.
So it looks like you're good to go!!
