I need help with what to buy for my PC!

Hi can someone help me upgrade my PC because it isn't the best and i need to upgrade it for a reasonable price or low. Here are the specs:
Intel (R) Core (TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.4GHz
2.1GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 5400 Series 512MB
Windows 7 Ultimate Edition
500GB HDD
High Definition Audio Device

There's not much you can do as these are some low end and old parts.

What is your PSU? That could be a determining factor.

What is your total, exact budget? I definitely could help.

Overall, though, just save up some money, bite the bullet, and build a new computer.

Tbh i dont have a lot of money at the moment and might just buy a new PC but with Low or medium setting parts and my PSU is 200-240 Voltz

Basically, whatever whole new PC will fit within your budget.

Your whole current parts box is too old to 'upgrade' any single part of it. Change one part, you need to change just about everything else.

I will be doing gaming on there but with games like old call of dutys and grand theft auto IV and maybe V and im doing media so it would be helpful if it can edit aswell.
