I need help!

ok so i just got my cpu and motherboard in the mail. I put them together and a little later decided to take it off. Nobody told me that thermal paste was like superglue. so i accidently ripped off my fan and the fan was stuck to the cpu. I couldnt get the cpu back on. I heated it up and got the cpu off. But theres little thermal paste on the cpu and its all spread around the fan on the bottom. Is it bad if there isnt alot of thermal paste and there is also some of the sides. I tried to get most of it off the sides but there is still a little. There is also paste all over the fan. Is this gunna be a problemn in the future. Im kind of scared. Thanks

Isopropyl alcohol and completely clean both surfaces
Reapply paste. Not too much
Put it back together.

Not really, no.
Once you broke the connection between CPU and cooler, it needs to be redone.

It will overheat.
