I need Help

as you can probably notice by the end of this message, i dont know a lot about computers. (neither this site)

So, i got a great deal from a friend(idk if it's that great), he sold me this pc

Intel I5-2500 (not K)
500Gb Storage
4gb Ram
ASrock H61M-VG3 MotherBoard

So i tried a game in this new pc (unturned)
and its perfomed worse than my actual laptop (lenovo S210 Ideapad touch), so im wodering what's wrong with this new pc if it seems to be better than my laptop
I'm New pls help xd

You need a Dedicated GPU.

Yes add 4gb ram, and a GPU and it's a fine rig. As it sits it's nowhere near a gaming pc

Without a dedicated gpu it will perform worse in games. The sandy bridge igpu in the i5 2500 is slower than the Ivy bridge igpu in that laptop.

The RAM needs an upgrade and you need a GPU as previously specified.
What is your budget?

To make is a decent gamer it needs a gpu, ram and possibly a power supply.

Should do a reasonable job

Get the 1050, it's quite a reasonable jump over the RX 460 for a bit more.
You'll also want that 8GB of RAM. (Take out the 4GB one).
