Tomorrow I'll get a GIGABYTE Radeon RX 460 WindForce OC 2GB DDR5 128-bit and I'm not sure if it would work with a NO NAME 450 or 500W power supply(I got it when I bought my case) which I have been using for the last 5-6 years.
I had no problem with it so far (currently feeding a GIGABYTE GT 630 2 GB on it) but I'm not sure if it can handle the RX 460 (gonna buy a new PSU in 2 weeks or so) can my no name power supply handle the new GPU for 2 weeks ?

Solution
When in doubt, don't. Although suggested PSU requirement for a GT 630 is 330W while for an RX 460 is 380W (http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm), nobody can really tell if your 6-year old NO NAME PSU (which you are not even sure if it's 450W or 500W) can handle the +50W increase until it damages your system. So, if I were you, for peace of mind, I would extend my patience for 2 weeks and wouldn't risk it.

You think a KCAS-400W would be capable of sustaining it ?

Aerocool PSU's are not known for their reliability, safety, or efficiency. It is still unranked in the oftenly-linked PSU Tier List: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html . You want to select a PSU that has been reviewed by the professionals that are ranked in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 of the list. Note that not all upper-tiered PSU's are expensive. I would suggest you look into the prices and availability of the Seasonic S12G 450W, Seasonic G450, Fractal Design Edison M 450W, Rosewill Silent Night 500W, Antec True Power Classic 450W, XFX TS Bronze 450W, Seasonic S12II Bronze or M12II Bronze Evo, and others (in the linked above).

Hope this helps!
