Yes - should work.
RX 580 requires 500W PSU minimum.

That's not enough for RX 580.
PSU upgrade on Lenovo system may be problematic, if it uses non-standard PSU connectors.
Can you show a photo of your motherboard?

as @SkyNetRising has pointed out,
replacing the PSU with a retail model in an OEM system can be tricky if possible at all.
many times they will be using proprietary connections and sizes that a retail model cannot fit.

as suggested in your other thread regarding this system,
you'd be much better off putting this money away towards a much better system.
