So my wifi router is in the oppset side of where my computer is. I gate horrible ping in games and even surfing at the Internet goes slow. I can cable inside my living room and outside it can get down to 20 minus degreds i dont know if the cable can handle that. And the power line i bougt didnt work because you need to be at the same powerline to make it work. So how can I get stabile conection to my computer?

There would be nothing wrong with running an ethernet cable outside, you can by external rated cable, It just has thicker shielding like satelite cable etc.

The temp should be fine, if any thing low temp reduces thermal noise and makes copper cable work better as long as the plastic used for the shielding is OK.

Remember to allow enough slack for expansion/contraction.

Using wifi is not a good idea where latency is a concern. a repeater could signifficanly increase latency. If you Have to go down that route, try and ensure everything is running a tthe latest standards, a dual radio repeater might help keep latency down also, by allowing it to repeat and recieve independantly.
