I will buy the deepcool matrexx 40 case, and I think 20$ is a good price for a cpu cooler

I's a very cool CPU, you don't need much of a cooler, even OEM coolers are quite enough. Just look for socket 1151 compatibility.

Yes it is, it's twice the size of Intel OEM.

There are of course better ones but also more expensive depending on configuration. Tower types are usually better than horizontal but their height can be a problem with small cases.

Oops i think i bought the wrong cooler i bought the x 120 yikes....

The i3-6100 boxed processor comes with an adequate stock cooler.
No need for an aftermarket cooler.

I bought the cpu refurbished so it didn't come with one.

First thing I suggest is to closely check all the PSU connections, make sure the RAM is firmly seated.
