Also do I need to buy the cables separately or do they come with it?

Solution
Thank you so much for your help! I have one last question. do I need to buy the cables for mother board / power supply separately or do they come with it?
Everything will come with what you need.
You will also need
Keyboard/mouse/Monitor
Windows 10, you can download from Microsoft website for free and install it without a CD key, and when you buy one you can put in the key. I personally buy my CD keys online cheap, but some people here will not recommend you doing that. From my own experience, I have never had a problem with a $10 windows 10 key.
If you need recommendation for monitor, I can help, but for keyboard/mouse you have to go to a store and use some, see how they feel.
This is a good one and you can spend more to make it faster as its only $1113 usd

As for the case, I would recommend any of the Cooler Master HAF series tower cases.

I've been using one of those and they offer pretty good expandability and air flow and that is a must!
