I need some advice on a $500-$700 build

I am looking to build a Micro ATX Mini tower gaming PC for $500. Although $700 would be my absolute max budget. Let me put the requirements this way, I know Rust is very CPU and Ram intensive and thats one of the games i would primarily be playing. So, id like to build it around thr requirements used to play that game on the highest settings and stay within my budget if possible. The case type is my only parts requirement

Okay, here is a build. No way that I could get closer to $500 while still maintaining the gaming performance that you are looking for. And that RAM is a hell of deal, it won't last long.
