[SOLVED] I need some assistance choosing a CPU/other parts.

Well. I just bought a new graphics card and turns out, my mobo will absolutely no work with it. DH55HC. (The card is a RX 580 4gb). I plan on getting a new mobo , though i'm not entirely sure what one yet. Guess it depends on the cpu i get.
So the parts are as follows.

PSU: EVGA 500w
GPU: XFX RX 580 4gb
2 reaaaaaly old 7200 1tb hdds.
RAM will have to be bought as mine are DDR3
Mobo definately in need of replacement.
CPU is the primary concern. About a 300$ limit for all 3 together.. Can anyone help me out here? or is this the wrong place for this thread?

You think i should absolutely go for a micro atx board? I was worried the gpu wouldnt fit considering its size
