I have made this gaming pc although it’s meant to be budget. Can you guys tell me if anything’s not compatible or not gonna work together? Could you also suggest better and cheaper items because I have a max budget of 700$ and the price is currently at 1000$. This pc is mainly built for fortnite so if you know any parts that will give fortnite more FPS please say. (But also make it cheap)

2| You could go for Ryzen 3 and get a DDR4-3200MHz ram kit.
3| You don't need an aftermarket cooler.
4| You can ditch the fans for now. Get them after you've saved up some money. you're dropping money where it's unnecessary.

Depends. If you feel 250gb is enough, nuf said. You can always add in a 3.5" drive later down the road.
