i need to hard restart pc until monitor receive signal

As stated I need to hard restart or turn off plug until my monitor receive signal to turn on pc. I don't encounter any signal loss when it received signal. Any idea what is the causes?

It could be any number of things- bad monitor cable (video signal cable), bad video card, or bad motherboard/ram/cpu (system not POSTing due to hardware failure). Does it only do this when you're turning it on from an off state, or does it also do it from sleep mode?

only occur when turning it on when pc is off. I never put my pc in sleep mode. So i dont know what it's going to happen if it is in sleep mode.
