I live in the UK, and I am after a new graphics card for my pc. I've been researching alot and still can't find the best decision.

The graphics card I would like is a low budget graphics card that can play games like assassin's creed unity exceptionally well and also has directx 11.
These are my computer specs:
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition 32-bit SP3

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz
Wolfdale 45nm Technology

RAM: 2.00GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 265MHz (4-4-4-12)

Motherboard: ConRoe1333-D667 (CPUSocket)

Graphics: VA1913w-4 (1360x768@60Hz)
1024MB NVIDIA GeForce 210 (CardExpert Technology)

Storage: 74GB Seagate ST380011A (ATA)
232GB MAXTOR STM3250310AS (SATA)

Optical Drives: TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S202N

Audio: NVIDIA High Definition Audio

If you have any other recommendations (besides get win 7) please let me know :)

"graphics card that can play games like assassin's creed unity exceptionally well" that's at least a r9 290 so no such thing as low budget, bear in mind the game is awfully optimized for PC hence the absurd requisite for a very powerful PC... also it would need a good CPU for it so for that game you'd need an entire new build.

For your current build I'd say get a GT 730 or up to a r7 260x / GTX 750 Ti, should give you a nice boost in gaming experience but forget about playing latest games, for those games you'll need at least 6GB of RAM and a more powerful CPU than the current one you have, so with that in mind you might want to save in order to get yourself a new pc.
