Hello im about to order the MB and the SSD, but i noticed another PSU on sale but i don't know if the brand is any good it had mostly good review. its 55 dollors cheaper then the Corsair and seems to have the same if not better designs as well.
Can some one tell me which to get or recommend another one since im not ready to build the rig just yet? However I need to know to deal cause the coupon expires today on the raidmax.

The 2 Year Warranty for the Raidmax is a joke. This tells me that even Raidmax doesn't put much trust in the quality of their own product.

You should ask yourself why the Corsair TX850 has a 5 Year Warranty. Its quality and electrical performance are superior to what Raidmax offers.

Don't be swayed by 80 PLUS certification marketing hype.

The Corsair TX850 is certified Haswell compatible. The Raidmax RX-850AE isn't.

You sure? the sites info states the min is 850 for crosfire? plus im gonna have 3 slots for g cards so im at lest gonna have room for 3 any way

If you're buliding a Ferrari, why go to Walmart for the tires?

I've been following this thread all day, and not to be mean or critical, have you NOT been paying attention!
FORGET THE RAIDMAX
Toyftw is right, you have a "Ferrari" for your new computer, are you now going to stick a 4 cylinder carbureted 1980's engine in it!
Or do you want the V-12 injected engine.

yea i already had dropped the raidmax cause the only thing i needed to know if if was any good. my first choice is the corsair and i figured it was the best choice but just in case i had to ask. and how am i gonna pick someone as the best solution when so many people had contributed each with important info???? its just not fair to give only one credit.

well i selected it cause it was funny but you did provide other info in your other posts.
lulz but know i need to decide between that corsair and a coolor master one now
COOLER MASTER V850 VS. CORSAIR TX850M and im gonna order the cpu, MB, SSD, PSU, and case so i can just be done with it.

Although that particular CM is made by Seasonic (they've finally learned their lesson, it seems), CM is still selling many units possessing liar labels and/or claiming to have overcurrent protection found to be missing in competent technical reviews. Even if you can excuse the liar-labels as exaggeration (I don't, because engineering analysis shows "not even on a good day"), the claims over missing circuits are dangerously dishonest, and I will neither recommend nor buy the products of a dishonest business.

ok thanks
