if your pc is delivered with already vista installed it will be in the factory settings so if you select factory settings (just google it) than you should be fine.
however if you don't want to take the risk download an vista iso from here:

and to make your vista "legal" you can do 2 things:
1. download dazloader (free) http://dazloader.com/
2. buy a vista home premium key from windows (don't know how much it costs) (don't know where to download/ buy)
