I need to reset an Acer Aspire 3500 desktop with windows VISTA and I have no recovery disk

if your pc is delivered with already vista installed it will be in the factory settings so if you select factory settings (just google it) than you should be fine.
however if you don't want to take the risk download an vista iso from here:

and rufus ( to make an usb bootable) here: https://rufus.akeo.ie/
and to make your vista "legal" you can do 2 things:
1. download dazloader (free) http://dazloader.com/
2. buy a vista home premium key from windows (don't know how much it costs) (don't know where to download/ buy)

you can easily find a tutorial for dazloader on google and youtube.

with option 2 you will be guaranteed that you can reinstall windows vista the first option however is a little bit of a risk.
