I need windows 10 USB boot media, but only to boot, not install Windows.

Hello, I'm a little worried. My laptop has windows 10 but has decided not to boot at all so I'm going to boot it by USB instead and then run some repairs. So I searched on how to install a USB bootable media and all the articles talk on how to do that when you want to install Windows as well. Does that make the bootable USB different? Is there a bootable media that spesifically only serves to boot a laptop with Windows installed?

You can get to the repairs section by booting it up, choosing language then hitting "Repair your PC". Alternatively, if you can get to the Windows logo and spinning dots, boot it, and power the PC off when you get there. Repeat it three times and it'll try to repair itself, if it can't it'll at least get you to recovery options
