I need windows vista operating disc for my Toshiba lap top. Can some one help

You can order recovery disc set (Toshiba calls it "Backup Media") from Toshiba's online ordering service which for European models is here: https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/

Be aware that availability of Backup Media for your specific model will depend on how old that model is.

Since you already have a windows sticker you can order any windows disk on Ebay or buy a CD from a computer shop-they should sell for less then ten bucks
