i tried nero. installed it after fresh install of my system. tried to use it, would always hang. deleted it. installed easy cd creator platinum whatever the new version was. only thing I had to do was download an update for it to recognize my sony cd-r/w drive. no problems since.
I do agree though that their actual support PEOPLE are stupid. They had my dad delete some lines in his registry on his old pc that had win98, and ever since he had done that, it never worked as well again.
