i only get one copy printed even though i was able to set the number of copies to 2 and after printing on one page second page

when i give command for printing multiple copies of a word document on my canon printer it gives only one page printed after that the page gets stucked in the printer,, don't know how to fix it ,, plz help !!

It could be that you have an incorrect driver installed for the printer. Check on the Canon website to see if there is an updated driver for your specific model.

There could be a setting in the drivers printer preferences that is influencing the page amount. If you reinstall the latest driver it may reset these to default to allow printing of multiple pages. See if that works.
