Ok so this is weird, when I go to BIOS and select boot sequence the ssd does not show up, also every time I shut down my laptop and reopen it I get the error 0x000000e. To bypass this error i just need to go to BIOS and just save. My HDD also has a 100mb partition witch i cannot delete beacuse it has EFI files. I want to boot from my SSD and stop getting this BSOD every time i open my laptop.

Check the BIOS boot order and make sure the boot manager is before both the hdd and ssd. Also it is best the EFI partition is on the same drive as the OS. It is possible to move the EFI partition to the ssd or even create a new one https://www.dell.com/support/articl...indows-7-8-8-1-and-10-on-your-dell-pc?lang=en but the best way is a clean install. https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-do-a-clean-installation-of-windows-10.3170366/ If you choose to do a clean install, as mentioned above, make sure only you have the install media (USB) and target drive attached.

I am also curious if the hdd has an operating system installed along with an EFI partition.

If the HDD was installed into the PC when Windows was loaded onto the SSD then your boot files are actually on the HDD. Windows has been doing this odd behavior since win7 and its why we have people install with only the boot drive connected.
