After of about a week and a half of research and trying different combos, reading reviews of Gpus, and asking opinions I finally ordered my computer.
This is not my first built but the most excruciating and fun at the same time.
Some conditions I had.
Intel 1155 socket Cpu, giving me the option to upgrade to an i5 next year. ( A lot of people said go for a 3 core or 4 core Amd, but I had my mind set on Intel.)
Mini Atx board/case
Gpu (Preferred Nvidia for Physx (Supposedly not that special but generally liked the reviews I saw for nvidia) that can play the newest games at high FPS on a 20-22 inch tv/monitor.
Be a half way decent PSU.
Be at or around $400.
Didn't need Cd drive.
So this is what I ordered:

So I would say that I did good, and I only added that extra fan, fan filters and that type of thermal compound because my father (I'm 29 in University not living at home) offered to pay for it, but I still didn't want to break his back so I stayed close to my target.
I plan to use that money I didn't spend to buy a gaming mouse, a fan controller, and a Pci wifi adapter and then saving the rest. =)
