Okay, so this problem all started when i got a new set of Logitech z323 speakers. At first i had problems with trying to make sound come out of the speakers and my headphones at the same time, i figured it out and eventually got my sound configured to where i had two adjustment sliders when i clicked the volume button in the task bar for my headphones and my speakers. It was all working fine until i went into teamspeak for the first time to talk with some friends and they said that I was putting out a very clear echo (even though my speakers were off)(also this was tonight and i dont see a solution that i will be able to find by myself). So now to the problem i am having... In an attempt to fix my echo, i disabled "stereo mix" in my recording devices which are visible when you right click the sound icon in the task bar. The reason that i had stereo mix enabled as a
recording device was because, i had found a guide/forum post where someone had the same problem that i had with making sound come out of the speakers and headphones at the same time, the solution that this person was provided with was to enable stereo mix and some other things which were very confusing at the time for me. So when i disabled this "stereo mix", all of my sound cut out, apparently the echo must have stopped because i had an icon on teamspeak that said my mic was not connected. Basically I am looking for someone who can help me with possibly resetting my sound settings and finding a more simple way of configuring my speakers and headphones or fixing the problem a different way.
I have an msi motherboard that came preloaded with " Realtek HD Audio Manager" . Any help or consideration is appreciated, i will continue to search for solutions by myself and will delete this post if i find something that works, Thanks in advance.

Okay, i have completely new audio drivers and all my settings are back to normal, now back to the problem that got me into this mess,do you have any advice on how make the speakers and headphones play both at the same time but still have the 2 sliders in the volume bars?

It's not possible if your sounds card or applications don't explicitly support it.

My sound card is ' Realtek high Definition Audio' in my device manager and its integrated with my motherboard, am i really hopeless for having separate sound? 🙁

Realtek drivers only allow redirect (either same output at headphones and speakers or just one at a time depending on your settings) or using them completely independent. If you have a headset, there is no reason you should ever be using the external speakers.

If you want different volumes on each, buy a line volume changer, but be warned that it will affect sound quality.
