Question i recently install a new graphics card (rx 5600 xt) with an old intel i7 2600 cpu the first week was perfectly fine

The last week i dont know what happend my fps dramatically dropped pubg low settings below 60 fps sometimes 70 sometimes 45 fps unplayable i did the bios update
What can i do?
