Question I recently upgraded my ram, and it clocked down to 2133. Please help!

So recently in my hp pavilion 2260xt gaming I upgraded my ram. It shows the 16 gb of ram, but when I check the frequency it states it at 2133mhz. Please Help!

I got 3600 ram that I was expecting to run at 2933 mhz, and im not mixing with the old ram
