[SOLVED] I reinstalled my pc and now i have fps problems

Hi today i reinstalled my pc...

• Cpu: i5-7400
• Gpu: Amd rx570 8GB
• Ram: 8GB
• Windows 10 Pro

So my problem is before i reinstalled my windows i get around 200-240 fps and now i cant even hit 100

I'm playing on 1280x1024
I redownloaded my driver and anything
And i have 2 monitors one of them is 144hz and the other one is 60hz( i always turn this off with win+p key)

What game are you playing?
Do you have the Vsync desactivated?
Did you update Windows 10 to the latest version?

definitely seems like a driver issue OR full DISC. Can you confirm that you have at least 20% free on all drives and defragmented stuff (HDD only)?
