Question I removed & reinstalled my gpu now pc won't display anything.

Hi everyone! So about a month or so ago I was cleaning my pc and decided to take out my graphics card to remove all the dust. Then when I reinstalled the graphics card the asrock logo would flash up then not boot and when I reseated the graphics card to make sure I didn't install it incorrectly it didn't boot to windows. Now it will turn on all the fans will come on (including the gpu) but nothing will display to my monitor and I have tried different cables and a different monitor but nothing happens. Could anyone help?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

How was the dust etc. cleaned out of the GPU and host computer?

Does the computer/CPU support integrated graphics?

Will the computer boot into Safe Mode?

Can you post a picture of the inside of your computer?

What else was disconnected?
