Question I reset my TP link and now i cant connect but wifi is working but it has different name

so i wanted to factory reset my Tp link so i did. after that it was showing on the display that little lock and a couldnt connect. So i just normally reset the router and now i have wifi but without password and with differend name

How can i change that? i want to name it and give it a password ect...
