Question i scratch my keyboard by inserting outemu switch

Make and model keyboard? And that switch is the numeric pad "enter" key - correct?

I do not see a scratch unless you mean what appears to me as damage to the right side of the switch next to the "3" key.

my keyboard is rakk xt.le and i mark it i think its the damage, i tried to insert several times the outemu switch but it didn't fit correctly, I tried it many times and I leave it and go to other keys it work and just the enter key didn't work and I saw that. do you think its the problem?

Most likely you pushed the hot swap switch off the PCB. Which means a soldering job.

I watched videos about that, is it the one you will traced the circuit using a circuit pen or something like that?

You don't need to trace it to find it; I'd have to see your keyboard in person to know for sure, but seeing an all-black hole usually means you pushed the hot swap socket completely off.
