I set my PPT to 75W in BIOS, followed everything from this video, and ran Cinebench for 5 minutes, but my CPU still draws 77W. I also see the same 77W in afterburner when playing MH Wilds. Last week it was 75W, but after enabling XMP in BIOS, it reset to 90W, so I had to set the PPT again. Also, the CPU never go above 65C in Cinebench, but when I play games afterburner sometimes shows 72C and quickly coolsdown to 61-64C within seconds. Is this okay, or is something wrong?
