I should be able to run tera right?

Hey there everyone, i'm in need of some help. I've just recently tried to start playing. It take's a really long time for the game to actually load and when I'm in game it lags/crashes. 100% cpu although It really shouldn't be.

Here's my specs.
Windows 7 ultimate, 64bit operating system.
Amd Radeon Hd 6700 series.
Apu a4-3400x2 With radeon, 2.7ghz
4gb ram.

Now, I was looking at the A8-3800 Quad core. 2.6ghz Amd card, with 4mb cache, Which fits in my fm1 65wat slot. Is that what I would need to upgrade to be able to play? Also is there any way I'd be able to play at the moment since I should on low.

Could anyone give me advice on a Fm1, 65w cpu that I would need to be able to run it without it constantly being 90-100% cpu.

Also It doesn't overheat either which is the confusing part.

That's what I get, yet when I load up the game it lags, and when I'm in game it's unbearable. I lag on neverwinter too.?

I think there is a problem with your GPU, cause the game is not a GPU or CPU hungry game, yet you fell lags and all that, try to borrow a GPU from someone and test it. Your CPU could be faulty but that's a rare thing to occur. Worst case scenario you may have to replace the CPU.

Can you tell me what is the idle CPU usage ?

It's jumping from 2-18%

Windows 7 with 4GB is borderline. Upgrade to 8GB minimum.

Would that fix the problem? because for some reason the physical memory only goes up to 3mb, so I've got the other 1gb spare? or should I get a stick of 4mb

Look at the taskbar in idle and see what makes the CPU usage to jump 2-18% in normal mode. I think its not a hardware problem its a software issue.

Try to boot up in safe-mode and look for the idle usage of CPU.
