Hey guys. I sold my nvidia gts 450 on ebay and I shipped it out. it worked perfectly. The buyer is saying that it doesnt work at all. Does anyone know how i could prove that its not working. What do I do?

Once a case is opened in the Resolution Center, the phone number on record is available. Sometimes a seller's phone number is available using advanced search, sent via email.

I could have used it to ring up a seller who sent an untested BMG video card just in a reused Fedex envelope! Full refund even though as-is for parts only.
One refund I had to make - the mobo died, so sold the video card without testing on another PC. I later read that voltage surges can trash a card.

As an experienced Ebay seller i would like to say Ebay will bill you for a return they take on your behalf so just saying no returns doesn't save you. It's important you communicate with the seller and Ebay.
As far as proving the card works, what does he say is wrong with it?

Tip: Get a marker, mark the edge of the PCB and photograph before sending. Won't hurt the board, won't be noticed, makes it unique. If he sends some old rubbish back to you, you'll know.
