I spilled a small bit of soda on the top of my PC, since it was so little I used compressed air to push it out before it would drip and damage anything. It sounds stupid but it was the first thing that came to mind. It seemed like nothing had changed and it was running fine until my computer said that there was an unrecognized USB device and that I needed to unplug it and plug it back in. I unplugged and plugged back in all 4 USBs I have connected and the message pops up. All 4 devices are working properly so I don't understand why I'm getting the message. I have restarted my PC, troubleshooted both devices, Removed, Uninstalled etc. Nothing has worked. There was some soda left in the two USB ports but I got that out. At the very least I'd like a solution to make the notifications stop appearing

If you did indeed fry the cases USB's open case and unplug case wires from motherboard to those USB's.

Just power down, unplug from wall. Press the power button for 20 sec to drain power supply than find those wires and unplug them.

Restart and see if the message goes away.

Later you could try to clean those USB's on top of your case with contact cleaner spray and test them out later.
