I started up my computer, (I built it) and it lights up, and everything, but does not display on the monitor. There are extra cables, labeled PCIE, and a few others. I do not know where to connect them.
Items in build:
(CPU/Processor) AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor

(Motherboard) Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard

(Memory) Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

(Storage) Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

(Video Card/Graphics Card) Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB STRIX Video Card

(Case) VIVO CASE-V01 ATX Mid Tower Case

(Power Supply) EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

If your video card is unplugged, make sure it is powered up. That PCIE cable plugs into the GTX 750
Also make sure the HDM,I/VGA/DVI or whatever is connected the the GTX card, and not your motherboard ports, as they will become disabled when it turns on.

Youir Welcome

Well, I don't see anywhere to plug the PCIE. I am using the HDMI port in my computer and in my pc (graphics card) but that won't display. Would a VGA to DVI adapter work? My graphics card has a DVI and my monitor has a VGA.

That won't fix it. Try disconnecting the 750 and plug your hdmi into the motherboard. Then install drivers once it is setup, and reattach.
