I still can't the focus thing!

I need to know how can I set focus on 955df monitor exactly in the center of the picture, cuz I don't see the difference! I mean what would be the coordiantes(like vertical - 31 and horizontal - 51 for example)? different depending on how I put my screen size adjustments?
