Question I streamed with OBS this morning and I set the output to REC 2100(PQ) What does this do exactly?

Here is how it looked on the stream... which I am using an sRGB capable 240hz display, looks completely different.

If I view the stream on a panel that has wider color gamut would this look right?

Colors do look VERY different.
