i think i have coil whine

so i have this weird electricity sound coming from either my gpu or my psu i cant tell i hear it at both but the sound is a tiny tiney higher at gpu but the thing is i've read about coil whine and it says when there is a load... i launched batman arkham knight maxed on ultra not even a beep ... but border lands 2 and the presequal on the other hand.. even if i launch them at the lowest quality ever i still get the elictricity noise thingy very odd.. considering it didnt use to happen , EVER. my system specs are i74790k , gtx 780 acx evga sc , 12 gigs of ddr3 ram , my psu is a Corsair cx750.... please HAAAALP oh ... and of course the most important question Ever will this harm my gpu or any other componant in any way ?

It will not harm anything, except maybe your ears and nerves. ;)
PSUs and GPUs can do those whines alike. And it doesnt really matter if its at load or at idle. Its random. Some do it more at load, some at idle. Some only at full load, some only at slight load, some always. Its just wires vibrating on coils, so it has this random nature.
