I think I overclocked to much. What do I do?

Today I tried to overclock my graphics card but I think I pushed it too hard and I think it saved it to where it does it automatically on boot up. Now every time I boot up my PC I get a black screen after its done booting up. I can't get back into AMD CCC or MSI Afterburner in enough time to change anything. What do I do?

Boot in safe mode, Uninstall Drivers & MSI Afterburner, reboot re-install drivers

Though it sounds to me you could of damaged the GPU, unless you've force 3D Clock speeds constant since 2D Clock speeds are very low and should not overheat/black screen.

(Before trying any of the following, see if you can boot your computer in safe-mode, then change settings there.)

If your processor has integrated graphics you should pull out your graphics card, boot up your computer, then change the settings.

If your PC relies on dedicated graphics you could:
1. reinstall OS on current drive (removing all files)
2. install a new OS on a new drive, boot from there, then access the data of your original drive and attempt to change settings there.
3. buy a really, REALLY cheap graphics card of the same company, install that one, and once you can see your screen again change the settings for your other graphics card.

-Start in Safe mode (F8 during startup, sometimes another key for different computers):
-Type "msconfig" in search bar
-Edit the startup programs/processes. Turn off any software you used to overclock
-Save, restart. There ya go fixed :)

After you get back into windows normally uninstall the software and re-install if you wish to try again.
