Hi everyone, I recently got an 8bitdo ultimate Bluetooth Controller, it was working fine and then it started to work as a mouse while gaming. Now it seems that it doesn't seem to stay on, my PC will make a sound when it connects via 2.4ghz and then it will make a sound again and the controller turns off. When I connect it to the PC via the cable, it works perfectly fine no issues, but when I switch it to the 2.4ghz it doesn't stay connected.
I looked in the control panel and when on 2.4ghz it shows up as unspecified but on cable it picks up as normal, I did notice that when it's on 2.4ghz it's unspecified and when you click on it and go to hardware it's missing the "Xbox 360 peripheral" under device functions, when it's on the cable it shows up normal. Can anyone help me with this as it's frustrating because it's only been about two weeks I got the controller.
