i think my board might be fried

Hi guys, I'm trying to work on a family's computer. anyways it's a Intel d94gtp it's running xp. I tried different ram,processor and tried the to clear the cmos but no luck. Can anyone help? thanks Oh yeah, i'm not getting anything on my screen no bios nothing,and i also tried a new video card.
