So I upgraded my computer from a ryzen 3 1200 and an overclocked 1050 to a ryzen 7 1700 and a rtx 2060 but now instead of my games running higher fps they are stuttering all the time and not running completely. I did a userbenchmark and the results were these

UserBenchmarks: Game 81%, Desk 60%, Work 64%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 - 86.4%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060-6GB - 90.9%
HDD: WD WD5000AVDS-63U7B1 500GB - 27.3%
HDD: Seagate ST500VT000-1DK142 500GB - 63.9%
RAM: Crucial CT8G4DFD8213.C16FHP 1x8GB - 37.5%
MBD: Asus PRIME B350-PLUS

Those games you run, did you radically increase settings for higher visual quality and resolution after upgrading?
And what monitor do you use?

Running new games at max settings requires more than 8GB ram when paired with a 6 GB gpu. Not saying thats it, but could be the reason if your answer to my first question is yes.

Note the number of games run at max settings that consumes around 6 GB VRAM and on top 10-12 GB ram. Try that with 8 GB ram and you start using the swap file=horrible performance.
